Who we are
Promintly is an online marketplace for discount coupons, promo codes and gift cards issued by third-party brands. The service is operated by the company whose registration details are set out at the bottom of this page.
We sell only through this website. We do not operate stores, resellers or agents anywhere else, and no other site is authorised to take payment on our behalf.
What we sell
Every item in our catalog is a digital code — a coupon, promo code or gift card for a brand we work with. Each listing states the brand, what the code is worth, what it can be used for and how long it stays valid, before you buy.
We are not the brand and we do not provide the goods or services the code is redeemed against. The code is applied on the brand's own website, under that brand's terms.
How a purchase works
You pick a coupon, pay by bank card, and the code is shown to you on screen as soon as the payment succeeds. It is also saved to your account, and emailed to you if you gave an address. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for — see Delivery Terms for the detail.
Prices are quoted and charged in Armenian drams for purchases made in Armenia.
Legal restrictions
Purchases may only be made by persons aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, using a card issued in their own name.
Codes are sold for personal use. Reselling them, or buying them in bulk for resale, is not permitted.
Some brands restrict where their coupons can be redeemed. Any such restriction is stated on the coupon's own page before purchase.
Regulatory information
We sell discount coupons and gift codes. We are not a bank, we do not issue electronic money and we do not provide payment services. Card payments are processed by our acquiring bank; we never receive your card details.
