1. General provisions
1.1. This public offer (the "Offer") is an official proposal by ИП Фамилия И.О. (the "Seller") to enter into a paid service agreement for the sale of coupons, promo codes and other electronic codes (the "Coupons") with any adult individual with legal capacity (the "Buyer").
1.2. The Buyer accepts the Offer by paying for the selected Coupon. From the moment of acceptance, this Offer is deemed concluded in writing and has the legal force of a contract.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver to the Buyer an electronic code (the Coupon) that lets the Buyer receive a discount, gift, or other benefit from the brand that issued the Coupon; the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for it on the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The Seller is not the issuer of the Coupons and is not responsible for the commercial terms set by the issuing brand (discount size, product range, expiration date, etc.). The Seller guarantees that the delivered Coupon has not been used at the moment of delivery.
3. Purchase and delivery
3.1. The Buyer selects a Coupon from the catalog on the website and places an order, providing an email address. For a guest checkout, email verification via a code sent by email is required.
3.2. Payment is made through certified payment providers. The Seller does not store payment card details.
3.3. The Coupon is delivered to the provided email within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, and is also shown in the Buyer's account (if the Buyer has a registered account).
4. Price and payment
4.1. The currency you are charged in is determined by the country you are buying from, not by the language of the site. Purchases made in the territory of the Republic of Armenia are quoted and charged in Armenian drams (AMD). For purchases from other countries the currency is the one shown on the coupon page, and that is always the currency the Seller charges. The price shown on the coupon page is final: no delivery fee, service fee or surcharge is added at payment, and paying by card costs no more than any other payment method the Seller offers. Not subject to VAT under the tax regime applied by the Seller.
4.2. The Buyer's payment obligation is deemed fulfilled at the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's account.
5. Liability
5.1. The Seller is responsible for delivering an unused Coupon within the specified timeframe. If the delivered Coupon had been used before it was delivered to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount in full.
5.2. The Seller is not responsible for the issuing brand refusing to accept a valid Coupon, for changes to the Coupon's terms made by the issuer, or for actions of the Buyer that make activation impossible (loss of the code, disclosure to third parties, etc.).
6. Dispute resolution
6.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — through the courts at the Seller's location.
6.2. Claims should be sent to support@promintly.com and are reviewed within 10 business days.
