Refund Policy

1. Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of paying for the coupon. After this window refunds are not issued — except when the issuing brand has officially stopped accepting coupons for that offer.

2. Grounds for a refund

— The code doesn't work at the brand (you entered it and got an error — please attach a screenshot). — The code had been used before it was delivered to you (extremely rare — but we'll refund in full). — The brand canceled the promotion and the coupon became invalid. — You changed your mind (only if the code hasn't been activated yet — we check at the time of the request).

3. How to request a refund

1. Sign in to your account → "My coupons". 2. Find the coupon and click "Request refund". 3. Describe what happened (at least 10 characters). If you have one, send a screenshot of the error to support@promintly.com with the request number. 4. We'll review within 1–3 business days and let you know the outcome by email.

4. Refund timing

Once your request is approved, we initiate the refund within 1 business day. After that, the timeline depends on your card issuer — usually 3–10 business days.

The money is refunded to the same card the payment was made from. It's not possible to change the refund destination — that's a payment provider requirement.

5. Refunds for guest orders

If you bought without registering, write to support@promintly.com from the email you used at checkout and include the order number. We'll process the refund on the same timeline as for registered users.

6. Refund refusal

We may refuse a refund if: — More than 14 days have passed since payment. — The coupon has already been activated at the brand. — The request contains obviously false information (we verify via the issuing brand's logs).

If we refuse, we'll explain why. You can appeal the decision via support@promintly.com — we'll escalate to a senior manager.

7. Refunded coupons

Once a refund is processed, the coupon is blocked and does not return to the available pool. This eliminates the risk of reselling a potentially problematic code.
