1. What is delivered
Everything we sell is digital. Delivery means the coupon code itself being made available to you electronically. Nothing is posted or couriered, no address is required, and there is no shipping charge of any kind.
2. When you get the code
The code is delivered immediately once the bank confirms your payment — in practice, within seconds. It reaches you in three ways:
— It is displayed on the confirmation page, together with your order number. — It is saved in your account, under “My coupons”, where you can return to it at any time. — It is emailed to you within a minute, if you gave us an email address at checkout.
A guest who skips the email step gets the code on the confirmation page only, so copy it before you close the page. The order number on that page identifies the purchase if you need support.
3. If the code does not arrive
If payment succeeded but no code appeared, sign in and check “My coupons” first, then your spam folder if you gave an email address.
If it is still missing, contact support@promintly.com with your order number. If we cannot deliver a code you have paid for, you get a full refund — see the Refund Policy.
4. Territory
Codes are delivered electronically, so there is no country we cannot deliver to and no territorial limit on delivery itself.
Where a code can be redeemed is a separate matter and is set by the brand that issued it, not by us. Some brands accept their codes only in certain countries or only on a specific national storefront. Any such restriction is stated on the coupon's own page before you buy — read it, because a code you cannot redeem in your country is not grounds for a refund once it has been issued to you.
5. Prices and currency
Purchases made in Armenia are quoted and charged in Armenian drams (AMD). The price you see on the coupon page is the price charged — there is no delivery fee, service fee or card surcharge added at checkout, and paying by card costs no more than any other payment method we offer.
The amount your bank debits may differ slightly if your card is denominated in another currency, because your issuer applies its own conversion rate. That difference is between you and your bank.
6. Validity
How long a code stays usable is set by the brand and shown on the coupon page before purchase, and again in the email with the code. Once it expires it can no longer be redeemed, and it cannot be refunded — see the Refund Policy for what is and is not covered.
